We design, manage and maintain application software. We offer PLC, DCS and SCADA solutions. Control Solutions Specialist, providing whole lifecycle services from consultancy through design and implementation to ongoing customer support.

We can provide solutions from specifying and supplying a single instrument to providing turnkey control systems, including specification, procurement, installation, commissioning, training and support. As well as providing support to our existing customers we can also provide maintenance support services in; consultation, inspection, test, calibration and commissioning on a wide range of instrumentation and process equipment

RECENT PROJECTS

Linkwood Distillery Upgrade
Aug 2011

This project was a complete overhaul of the distillery from a mechanical and control point of view.  The control target was to replace the push button panels with a fully automated computer control system to perform all operations with the exception of making cuts during Distillation, which requires the skill of an experienced Still man.

Kiln Loader Strippers

As part of a phased project over several years Au Automation were commissioned to integrate Kiln Loader/Strippers into the main control system and automate the operation replacing the local panel and pendant pushbutton operation at two of Diageo's largest malting sites.
